Appointments

If you would like to schedule an appointment, please call us at our office. If for any reason you cannot keep a scheduled appointment, or will be delayed, please call us 24 hours ahead of time to reschedule.

Payment Policy

If you do not have insurance, payment is due at the time of your appointment and/or procedure.  There is a 10% discount for cash or check payments on procedures.

If you have insurance, we will bill your insurance for you.  However, payment is due at time of service.  After your insurance pays, we will reimburse you the amount that they paid.

If you have Delta Dental insurance, we will bill them and you must pay the amount that Delta Dental estimates to be your responsibility at the time of service.  After Delta Dental pays us, if there is a difference in charges, you will either be reimbursed or sent a statement for payment due on what they did not cover.

If you have Medicaid, the cost of most procedures are covered by Medicaid and will not be charged to the patient.  There are procedures that Medicaid DOES NOT typically cover (i.e. Implants, Bone Graphs etc and packing for blood thinner patients, Nitrous) and payment for those are due at the time of the procedure. 

CareCredit is available if financing your treatment is advantageous to your situation.
